The proposed concept centered around Afro-futurism for the YouTube Black FanFest Experience significantly informed the design direction for stage design, booth design, and marketing materials.
Stage Design: The Afro-futurism concept was cleverly translated into the stage design, creating a visually striking and immersive experience. By combining traditional West African motifs with a futuristic aura, the stage embodies a blend of cultural heritage and forward-thinking innovation. This design not only celebrates the rich history but also envisions a vibrant and dynamic future. The use of bold colors, intricate patterns, and strategic lighting results in an engaging and memorable stage setup that effectively captures the essence of Afro-futurism.
